PN Ni-P100HT Heat Treatments
- Cold worked, softened: 10% ≤ cold worked ≤ 30%, reduction temperature t ≤ 650°C. Softened 930°C ≤ t ≤ 1010°C/ > 15 minutes/ air cooled, equivalent or faster.
Solution treated and precipitation treated: 930°C ≤ t ≤ 1010°C/ > 1 hour/ air cooled, equivalent or faster, + 720°C/ 8 hours/ furnace cooled at 50°C to 60°C/ 1 hour to 620°C/ 8 hours/ air cooled.
