- Delivery condition
- Bars for machining, D ≤ 50 mm
Solution treated:
Heated at 1185 ± 10°C, for 4 h, air cooled + heated at 1080 ± 10°C, for 4 h, air cooled.
Solution treated and precipitation treated:
Heated at 1185 ± 10°C, for 4 h, air cooled + heated at 1080 ± 10°C, for 4 h, air cooled + heated at 850 ± 10°C, for 24 h, air cooled + heated at 760 ± 10°C, for 16 h, air cooled.
- Bars for forging
Machined or descaled, untreated.
Use condition
- Bars for machining, D ≤ 50 mm
Solution treated and precipitation treated:
Delivery condition + heated at 850 ± 10°C, for 24 h, air cooled + heated at 760 ± 10°C, for 16 h, air cooled.
