AFNOR NF NI-PH2601 Heat Treatments
- Solution treated and cold worked: 930°C ≤ t ≤ 1010°C/ 1 hour/ air cooled or faster, + 15% ≤ cold worked ≤ 30% at t ≤ 650°C. Precipitation treated: 720°C/ 8 hours/ furnace cooled at t = 50°C per hour to t = 620°C/ 8 hours/ furnace cooled or faster.
- Solution treated and cold worked: Solution treated at 930 to 1010°C/1 h, air cooled or faster; + 15% to 30% cold worked at max. 650°C.
Solution treated and precipitation treated: Solution treated at 995°C/1 h, air cooled or faster; precipitation treated at 720°C/8 h, furnace cooled at 50°C per hour to 620°C/8 h, air cooled.
