Generic Ti-45.5Al-2Cr-2Nb Heat Treatments
- As rolled morphology: G + L (globular γ + lamellar).
Heat treatment 1: Heat treated at 1200°C for 2h, air cooled.
Morphology: G + A (globular γ + angular α2/β2 ).
Heat treatment 2: Heat treated at 1254°C for 20 min, air cooled.
Morphology: G + L (globular γ + lamellar).
Heat treatment 3: Heated at 1254°C for 20 min + heated at 1320°C for 2 min, air cooled.
Morphology: L (lamellar).
