NB GH4169 Heat Treatments
- Forging and rolling should be delivered in the heat treated state at a temperature 925°C to 1010°C. Suitable time for heat preservation after air cooling or rapid cooling for solution treatment, followed by age hardening treatment. Age hardening treatment including 720°C +/- 10°C, insulation 8h and then cooled to 620°C+/-10°C in furnaces, continued cooling after 10h, air cooling.
