GB 1J65 Heat Treatments
- The first step: Heating at 1100-1150°C, holding 3h, cooling to 600°C with a rate below 200°C/h, then cooling down to below 300°C; The second step: Tempering at 600°C, not less than 800 A/m, holding 1-4h, cooling to 200°C with a rate 25-100°C/h.
- Step 1:
Heating temperature: 1100 - 1150°C;
Holding time: 3h;
Cooling method: Cool at a rate not exceeding 200°C/h to 600°C, then furnace cool to below 300°C, then remove from furnace.
Step 2:
Hold at ≥ 800 A/m magnetic field; reheat to 600°C
Holding time: 1 - 4h;
Cooling method: Cool at a rate of 25 - 100°C/h to below 200°C, then furnace cool.
