GB 1J85 Heat Treatments
- Heating at 1100-1200°C, holding 3-6h, cooling to 500-600°C with a rate 100-200°C/h, then cooling to 300°C with a rate not less than 400°C/h.
Heating temperature: 1100 - 1200°C;
Holding time: 3 - 6h;
Cooling method: Cool at a rate of 100 - 200°C/h to 500 - 600°C, then cool at a rate of not less than 400°C/h to below 200°C, then remove from furnace.
