GB 1J80 Heat Treatments
- Heating at 1100-1150°C, holding 3-6h, cooling to 400-500°C with a rate below 200°C/h, then cooling to 200°C with a rate below 400°C/h.
Heating temperature: 1100 - 1150°C;
Holding time: 3 - 6h;
Cooling method: Cool at a rate not exceeding 200°C/h to 400 - 500°C, then cool at a rate not less than 400°C/h to below 200°C, then remove from furnace.
