PROPRIETARY ATI 201 Heat Treatments

  • Temperatures in the range of 704°C (1300°F) to 927°C(1700°F) may be employed. Batch anneal cycles which employ long furnace times should use the lower temperatures. Continuous anneal cycles which employ short times should use higher temperatures. If heavy forming is required, anneal time may be increased to provide fully soft material.
