TU HN80TBYuA Heat Treatments
- Heat treatment 1: Quenched at 1100°C, 6h, water cooled. Tempered at 1000°C, 2h, furnace cooled to 900°C. Tempered at 900°C, 1h, furnace cooled to 800°C. Tempered at 800°C, 2h, air cooled. Tempered at 750°C, 20h, air cooled. Tempered at 700°C, 48h, air cooled. Heat treatment 2: Quenched at 900°C, 2h. Aged at 1090°C, 3h, air cooled. Aged at 1000°C, 4h, air cooled. Ages at 675°C, 20h, air cooled.
