WL AlZn4Mg0.8 Heat Treatments
- Heat treatment:
Solution heat treatment: 0.5h to 1h at 430°C to 490°C in forming heat / cooling with a static or moving air
Artificial aging: first level 5h to 10h at 80°C to 120°C and second level 10h to 24h at 140°C to 180°C
After welding, the second stage of the artificial aging is as follows: 10h to 20h at 140°C to 160°C.
