UNI P-AS12GCN Heat Treatments
- R: Full annealing at 400 - 430°C for 2 hours followed by slow cooling in oven until 200°C; plastic annealing at 480 °C. TA: preheating at 510 - 520°C for at least 4 hours followed by fast cooling (temper) in cold water (or hot in case of complex parts); artificial ageing at 165 - 175°C for 6 - 10 hours. Hot working range: 300 - 460°C
