ASME SB-862 Grade 16H Heat Treatments
- Welded pipe shall be made from annealed flat-rolled products by a welding process. Further, may be reduced by cold working or hot working. Cold reduced pipe shall be annealed after cold working at a temperature of not less than 1000°F. Hot worked pipe finished above 1400°F (760°C) need not be further heat treated.
