ASME SB-861 Grade 38 Heat Treatments
- Cold worked pipe shall be heat treated at a temperature of not less than 538°C (1000°F).
Hot worked pipe finishing above 760°C (1400°F) need not be further heat treated.
May be supplied in cold worked and stress-relieved or annealed condition.
