GOST 64N Heat Treatments


  • Annealing: medium - vacuum with residual pressure not more than 0.001 mmHg or pure hydrogen with dew point not more than -40°C; 1st Annealing: (1100±20)°C, not more than 500°C /h; 2nd Annealing: in transversal magnetic filed, neccessary for gaining technical saturation: 550-600°C, during 0.5-1 h; Cooling: Down to 500°C with rate 50°C /h, from 500 to 380°C with rate 10°C /h, further on wit furnace turned off.
