GOST 40NKMP Heat Treatments
- Annealing: medium - vacuum with residual pressure not more than 0.001 mmHg or pure hydrogen with dew point not more than -40°C; 1st Annealing: (1125±25)°C, not more than 500°C /h during 1-3 h; 2nd Annealing: at 600°C in transversal magnetic filed of no less than 800A/m during 0.5-4 h; Cooling: Down to 600°C with rate not more than 200°C /h, down to 200°C with rate 25-100°C /h.
