KS NiCr15Fe7Ti2Al Heat Treatments


  • Annealed treatment: heated at 980 to 1100°C, than air or fast cooled; Precipitated at 730 to 620°C (8h, 55°C/h), holding at 620°C for 8h, and air cooling (or moderate rate cooling up to 620°C for 18h).
  • Solution and annealing treatment: Heated at 1150°C, air cooling or the faster cooling; Precipitation heat treatment: Heated at 730°C for 16h than air cooling.
