UNI SG-AS6C2 Heat Treatments
- Hardening in water (T) from 10 to 30°C after heating from 510 to 520°C for 1 to 4h (for a complex shape and/or large castings is tolerated tempering in hot water of 60 to 100°C) . Artificial aging (A): heating from 185 to 195°C for 1 to 4h and natural cooling in air. Stabilization (S) from 220 to 235°C for 3h and natural air cooling.
