UNI G-AC12 Heat Treatments
- Annealed at 300-320°C for 4-8h; Hardened in hot water (60-100°C) from 500°C after preheating for 8-12h; Artificially aged at 150-175°C for 4-8h; Stabilized at 230°C for 4h. Optimal casting range is 680-760°C in both sand and permanent mold.
