UNI P-AlMgSiCu Heat Treatments
- Hardening (Ta N) in the air press (from 490 to 510°C) followed by natural aging (max. 50°C) for at least 5 days.
Hardening (Ta A 14) in the air press (from 490 to 510°C) followed by artificial aging at 135 to 145°C for 3h to 5h, to be performed no more than 2h after hardening.
Hardening (Ta A 16) in the air press (from 490 to 510°C) followed by artificial aging at 155 to 165°C and for 8-12h when fully implemented, to be performed no later than 2h after hardening.
