SAE CP-4 Heat Treatments
- Annealing: Annealed by heating to a temperature within the range 649-816°C (1200-1500°F), holding at the selected temperature within ± 14°C (± 25°F) for a time commensurate with the thickness and the heating equipment and procedure used, and cooling as required to produce product capable of meeting tensile properties requirements.
