B.S. CuBe1.9 Heat Treatments


  • Delivery condition: Solution treated and cold rolled (1/2H) at 760 °C <= θ <= 835 °C / Quench (quenching shall be effected by forced air, sprayed water or immersion in oil or water); Use condition: Solution treated and cold rolled and precipitation treated (delivery condition + 315 °C <= θ <= 330 °C / t = 2h / AC).
  • Delivery condition: Solution treated at 760 °C <= θ <= 835 °C / Quench (quenching shall be effected by forced air, sprayed water or immersion in oil or water); Use condition: Solution treated and precipitation treated (delivery condition + 315 °C <= θ <= 330 °C / t = 3 h / AC).
