GOST AL30 Heat Treatments
- T6 - Solution heat treated and artificially aged, heating temperature at 520 +/- 10°C, 4 - 6h, and cooling in water at 20-100°C, aging 180 +/- 5°C, 6 - 8h;
T1 - Artificial aging without prior quenching, aging 190 +/- 10°C, 6 - 12h;
T6 - Solution heat treated and artificially aged, heating temperature at 520 +/- 5°C, 1.5 - 6h, and cooling in water at 20-70°C, aging 180 +/- 5°C or 200 +/-5°C, 12 - 16h or 6 - 8h;
