GB J13400 Heat Treatments
- Step 1:
Heating temperature: 1100 - 1200°C;
Holding time: 3 - 6h;
Cooling method: Cool to below 400°C, then remove from furnace.
Step 2:
In a longitudinal magnetic field of 1200 - 1600 A/m, temper at 700°C;
Holding time: 1 - 2h;
Cooling method: Cool at a rate of 50 -150°C/h to below 200°C, then remove from furnace.
