AFCEN P355QH1 Heat Treatments


  • Nominal austenitizing temperature: 860°C - 920°C
    Holding time: minimum 1 minute per mm
    Water quenching
    Tempering temperature:
    - 620°C - 670°C in general
    - 640°C - 670°C in the case of a welded forged part when assembled with low-alloy steel.
    Cooling conditions: still air (outside the furnace floor, in an area and on a support provided for this purpose)
