- Hot forming at 1100-900°C, cooling in air.
Solution annealing (+AT) at 1080-1020°C, cooling in water or air. - Solution annealed at 1020 to 1 080°C - If heat treatment is carried out in a continuous furnace, the upper part of the range specified is usually preferred, or even exceeded;
Cooling in water, air - Cooling sufficiently rapidly in order to avoid precipitation.
