-Plates: normalized (Other heat treating processes, e.g. quenching and tempering or thermo-mechanical controlled processing may be approved)
-Sections: normalized, thermo-mechanically treated or normalized rolled (Steels with delivery condition TM shall not be used where hot forming or normalizing will be carried out)
