SS 02 17 Heat Treatments
- For relaxation annealing, a temperature of 525 - 575°C with a holding time of 1 hour is recommended for every 25 mm wall thickness, however at least 1 h. The wall should cool slowly (~ 50°C / h) to a temperature below 325°C.
