PROPRIETARY SINOXX 4109 Heat Treatments
- Soft Annealing: Heat to 840-870°C, cool slowly.
Hardening: Harden from a temperature of 1000-1050°C followed by air or oil quenching.
Tempering temperature: 100-150°C. Maximum obtainable hardness is HRC 56.
