AS PT430 TH Heat Treatments
- Plates specified with a ‘T’ designation shall be supplied as material produced by the TMCR process. This results in low temperature impact properties equivalent to those of normalized material and may be used as an alternative process to normalizing. 'T' designation plate should not be hot-formed above 620°C.
