ASD-STAN FE-PM38 Heat Treatments
- Delivery condition:
Refined and descaled at 790 ± 10°C / t = 2 h / AC;
Hardened and tempered and descaled at 1170 ± 10°C / OQ + 610 ± 5°C / 2 h ≤ t ≤ 5 h / AC + 610°C ≤ θ ≤ 640°C / 2 h ≤ t ≤ 5 h / AC; A deep freeze treatment at -70 to -80°C for not less than 15 minutes may be required between tempering treatments on certain forgings;
Use condition:
Hardened and tempered and descaled at 1170 ± 10°C / OQ + 610 ± 5°C / 2 h ≤ t ≤ 5 h / AC + 610°C ≤ θ ≤ 640°C / 2 h ≤ t ≤ 5 h / AC;
