TGL C 45 Heat Treatments
- Annealed: 650-700°C
Normalized: 840-870°C
Quenched, tempered and hardened in water: 820-850°C
Quenched, tempered and hardened in oil: 830-860°C
Tempered: 530-670°C - Hot formed at 850 - 1100°C
Soft annealed at 650 - 700°C
Normalized at 840 - 870°C
Hardened at 830 - 880°C, cooled by oil or water; Tempered at 640 - 680°C
