TGL 23 MoCrB 5 Heat Treatments
- Normalized at 880 - 920°C.
Blank hardened at 890 - 920°C, oil quenched.
Carburized at 900 - 1000°C cooled in water or oil, warm bath at 180 - 250°C, salt bath at 580 - 680°C cooled in air; Hardened at 870 - 930°C, water or oil, warm bath at 180 - 250°C; Tempering annealed at 180 - 300°C. - Normalized at 880 - 920°C;
Blank hardened 890 - 920°C, oil;
Carburizing at 900 - 950°C cooled in water or oil, warm bath at 180 - 250°C, salt bath 580 - 680°C, cooled in air; Hardened at 870 - 930°C, water or oil, warm bath at 180 - 250°C;
Tempering annealed at 180 - 300°C.
