ASD-STAN 1.4542 Heat Treatments
- Solution treated at 1025-1055°C, for ≥ 30 min/AC, PQ, or OQ + cooled to < 30°C
Precipitation treated at 540-560°C, for ≥ 4h/AC - Delivery condition:
1. Solution treated - 1025 °C ≤ θ ≤ 1055 °C/t ≥ 30 min/AC, PQ or OQ+ cool to θ ≤ 30°C
2. Solution treated and precipitation treated - 1025 °C ≤ θ ≤ 1055 °C/t ≥ 30 min/AC, PQ or OQ + cool to ≤ 30 °C + 540 °C ≤ θ ≤ 560 °C/t ≥ 4 h/AC
Use condition:
1. Solution treated and precipitation treated - Delivery condition + 540 °C ≥ θ ≤ 560 °C/t ≥ 4 h/AC
