- Delivery condition:
Solution treated: 1025°C ≤ θ ≤ 1055°C / 15 min ≤ t ≤ 1h / AC or OQ + cool to θ ≤ 30°C.
Solution treated and precipitation treated: 1025°C ≤ θ ≤ 1055°C / 15 min ≤ t ≤ 1h / AC or OQ + cool to θ ≤ 30°C + 470°C ≤ θ ≤ 490°C / 1h ≤ t ≤ 1h 15 min / AC.
Use condition:
Solution treated and precipitation treated: Delivery condition + 470°C ≤ θ ≤ 490°C / 1h ≤ t ≤ 1h 15 min / AC. - Delivery condition:
Solution treated: 1025°C ≤ θ ≤ 1055°C / 30 min ≤ t ≤ 4 h / AC or OQ + cool to θ ≤ 30°C.
Solution treated and precipitation treated: 1025°C ≤ θ ≤ 1055°C / 30 min ≤ t ≤ 4 h/ AC or OQ + cool to θ ≤ 30°C + 585°C ≤ θ ≤ 605°C / t ≥ 4 h / AC.
Use condition:
Solution treated and precipitation treated: Delivery condition + 585°C ≤ θ ≤ 605°C / t ≥ 4 h / AC.
