ASD-STAN 1.4418 Heat Treatments
- Hardening and tempering: Heated at 1010-1060°C, PQ, OQ or WQ. Air cooling may be used for d ≤ 20 mm. Tempered at 550-620°C
- Delivery condition: Hardened + Tempered - 1010 °C ≤ θ ≤ 1060 °C/PQ, OQ or WQ + Tempered 375 °C ≤ θ ≤ 405 °C Or Tempered 480 °C ≤ θ ≤ 550 °C
Use condition: Hardened - Delivery condition + 1010 °C ≤ θ ≤ 1060 °C/PQ, OQ or WQ + Tempered 375 °C ≤ θ ≤ 405 °C Or Tempered 480 °C ≤ θ ≤ 550 °C
