GB ZG03Ni28Cr21Mo2 Heat Treatments
- Solution treated ( AT): at 1100 to 1180°C
- Solution heat treated at 1100-1180°C, water cooled.
The holding time heat treatment is calculated based on the general size of the castings installed in the furnace. When the thickness is less than or equal to 25 mm, the holding time is not less than 1 h, and the holding time is increased by 1 h for every 25 mm of thickness.
