ASD-STAN FE-PM13 S Heat Treatments


  • Hardening and tempering: Delivery condition + heated at 1000-1030°C, air cooled.

    Tempered at 545-555°C for 2h + tempered at ≥ 560°C for 2h.

    Optional:

    Hardening and tempering: Heated at 1010 ± 10°C, air cooled.

    Tempered at 550 ± 5°C for 2h + tempered at 570 ± 5°C for 2h.
  • Hardening and tempering: Delivery condition + heated at 1000-1030°C, air cooled. Oil quenching is permitted if agreed.

    Tempered at 545-555°C for 2h + tempered at ≥ 560°C for 2h.

    Optional:

    Hardening and tempering: Heated at 1010 ± 10°C, air cooled.

    Tempered at 550 ± 5°C for 2h + tempered at 570 ± 5°C for 2h.
