TCVN 36SMnPb14 Heat Treatments
- The temperatures are for guidance, but the actual temperatures chosen shall be those that will give the properties required.
Quenching and tempering: Austenitized at 850-880°C, for 0.5h minimum (as a guide), quenched in water or oil. Tempered at 540-680°C, for 1h minimum (as a guide).
