PROPRIETARY UGI 202N Heat Treatments
- Forging temperature should be in the range of 900°C to 1100°C. After forging, cooling should be quick.
Static furnace treatment: 350/450°C, recommanded duration 0.5 to 1 hour depending on batch size.
Continuous furnace treatment: 25°C more than with static furnace treatment, minimum duration 3 minutes.
