AIR FE-PM 35 Heat Treatments


  • Quenched and tempered (+QT1): Heated at 1150°C, oil quenched min. 45 minutes and tempered at 690°C, air cooled, 8h.
    Soft annealed at min. 730°C.
    Quenched and tempered (+QT2): Heated at 1100 to 1150°C, oil quenched (forged parts are cooled in the air) and tempered at min. 660°C, air or oil cooled.
