NB ZG04Cr20Ni9 Heat Treatments
- Castings should be solid solution heat treatment delivery status. The heat treatment temperature should be between 1050°C and 1150°C and the furnace temperature should not exceed ± 15°C during the heat preservation.
- Castings should be solution heat treatment, casting solution should be fully immersed in water cooling. Solution heat treatment temperature should be between 1050°C and 1150°C.
Stabilization heat treatment should be at 400°C ± 15°C at least 48 hours insulation, and then slowly cooled.
