NB 10MnNiMoHR Heat Treatments
- Steel should be quenched plus fire state delivery.
The minimum actual tempering temperature is 620°C. After the insulation of the furnace should be cold or air-cooled. All heat treatment processes (including heat treatment holding temperature and its deviation, holding time, heating rate and cooling method, etc.) should be recorded and included in the material quality certification documents. Heat treatment of steel plate temperature during the temperature deviation should not exceed +/-10°C.
