- Hot-forming at 1100 to 900°C.
Normalizing at 860°C, air.
Quenching at 850°C, oil or polymer.
Tempering at 550 to 650°C, air.
Stress-relieving, 180°C.
Soft annealing at 700°C, air.
Isothermal annealing at 800°C, furnace cooling to 650°C, than air.
Full annealing at 820°C, furnace cooling.
End quench hardenability at 850°C, water.
