- Hot-forming at 1150 to 900°C.
Normalizing at 870°C, air.
Core hardening at 840 to 880°C, oil, polymer, salt bath.
Carbonitriding at 750 to 930°C, gas.
Carburizing at 870 to 950°C.
Hardening carburizing surf. at 810 to 840°C, oil, polymer, salt bath.
Tempering at 150 to 200°C.
Soft annealing at 700°C, air.
Isothermal annealing at 860°C, furnace cooling to 650°C, tha air.
End quench hardenability at 870°C, water.
Mechanical properties at different tempering temperatures obtained after quenching at 850°C in oil.
