- Hot-forming at 1230 to 950°C.
Soft annealing at 680°C, air.
Normalizing at 860°C, air.
Direct hardening at 840°C, water or 860°C oil or polymer.
Stress-relieving at 540°C to 680°C, furnace cooling. - Hot forgings deformation: 950-1200°C
Normalizing: 850-880°C
Soft annealing: 650-700°C
Quenching in oil or water: 840-870°C
Tempering: 540-680°C
