- Hot-forming at 1230 to 950°C.
Soft annealing at 680°C, air.
Full annealing 890°C, slow cooling to 600 after cooling 20°C/h to room temperature.
Stress-relieving (+QT+C+SR) at 350°C.
Normalizing at 860°C to 840°C, air.
Direct hardening at 840°C, water or 860°C oil or polymer.
Tempering at 540 to 680°C, air cooling.
Mechanical properties at different tempering temperatures obtained after quenching at 840°C in water. - Hot forgings deformation: 950-1230°C
Normalizing: 850-880°C
Soft annealing: 650-700°C
Quenching in oil or water: 840-870°C
Tempering: 540-680°C
