PROPRIETARY CSA (2) Heat Treatments
- Condition HR: Basic electric arc 830-lb. ingot hammer-cogged from 1127°C (2060°F) to 1016°C (1860°F) and hot-rolled from 1160°C (2120°F) to 1016°C (1860°F), to 564.5 mm2; Condition Ann: Hot rolled material heated 2h at 2050°C (1121°F) and water-quenched; Condition CW: Heated 2h at 2050°C (1121°F), water-quenched. Reduced 20% at 649°C (1200°F). Stress-relieved at 649°C (1200°F).
