GJB 0Cr17Ni7Al Heat Treatments
- Heating temperature at 420-500°C, holding time, 1-3h and air-cooling
- Quenched and tempered (Q+T1) at 1000 to 1100°C, cooling in water.
Quenched and tempered (Q+T2) at 1000 to 1100°C, cooling in water and tempering at 760 ± 15°C for 90 min, cooling below 15°C within 1h, keeping it for 30 min, then heat it to 565 ± 10°C, keeping for 90 min, air cooling
Quenched and tempered (Q+T3) at 1000 to 1100°C, cooling in water and tempering. After solution treatment keeping at 955 ± 10°C for 10 min; air cooling to room temperature, cooling to -73 ± 6°C within 24h, keeping for 8 h, than heating to 510 ± 10°C, keeping for 60 min, air cooling.
