  • First quenching at 940-960°C and Second quenching at 850-860°C / air cooling, tempering at 150-170°C / air cooling.
    First quenching at 940-960°C / air cooling and Second quenching at 860-870°C / oil cooling, tempering at 525-575°C / air cooling.
  • Double quenching: at 940 to 960°C and at 850-870°C, cooling in air; Tempering at 170 to 200°C, cooling in air; For trans. direction heat treatment: quenching and tempering is: 880 ± 10°C, air cooling; 660 ± 10°C, air cooling.
